Amy Freedman Nominated for IRES Board by Vision Capital Corporation
Vision Capital Corporation has called for a general meeting to replace five directors on the board of Irish Residential Properties REIT (IRES). Among the proposed new directors is Amy Freedman, an Advisor to Ewing Morris & Co., with a strong background in corporate governance and shareholder advisory.
